Terms of Service Agreement

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "You") and Skylab, a graphic design website ("Skylab" or "We" or "Our"). By accessing or using the services provided by Skylab, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you may not use Skylab's services.

1. Services Provided
Skylab offers a platform for graphic design services, including but not limited to, creating logos, banners, illustrations, and other graphic design projects ("Services"). These Services may be subject to change or modification at the discretion of Skylab without prior notice.

2. User Responsibilities
By using Skylab's Services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account or submitting project details. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use of Skylab's Services. Respect the intellectual property rights of others and refrain from infringing upon them. Refrain from using Skylab's Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.

3. Account Registration
In order to access certain features of Skylab, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property
Skylab respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its Users to do the same. By using Skylab's Services, you agree not to infringe upon any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, or patents.

5. User Content
You retain ownership of any content that you submit or upload to Skylab ("User Content"). However, by submitting User Content, you grant Skylab a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content for the purpose of providing and promoting Skylab's Services.

6. Payment
Certain Services offered by Skylab may require payment. By using these paid Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors, and Skylab does not store any payment information.

7. Limitation of Liability
Skylab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Skylab's Services, even if Skylab has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Skylab's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Services.

8. Termination
Skylab reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to its Services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.

9. Governing Law
