Terms of Service Agreement

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "You") and Skylab, a graphic design website ("Skylab" or "We" or "Our"). By accessing or using the services provided by Skylab, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Skylab offers a platform for graphic design services, including but not limited to, creating logos, banners, illustrations, and other graphic design projects ("Services"). These Services may be subject to change or modification at the discretion of Skylab without prior notice.

2. User Responsibilities
By using Skylab's Services, you agree to:

Respect the intellectual property rights of others and refrain from infringing upon them. Refrain from using Skylab's Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
